Heart Gym & Wellness is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00.
We do not offer a free trial period, but you can purchase single entry visit to Heart Gym & Wellness. If after purchasing a single entry you decide to purchase a membership - the value you paid for the single entry visit will be deducted from the first membership payment.
No. In addition to memberships, you can also use single entry tickets priced at 150 PLN.
We offer four types of memberships depending on the contract duration and payment method:
1-month membership (single payment)
3-month membership (monthly payment)
12-month membership (monthly payment)
12-month membership (upfront payment).
Yes, our fitness trainers are available for collaboration. More information about personal training can be found on our website.
Heart Gym & Wellness is a two-level modern gym equipped with the latest technological solutions, cardio equipment, a crossfit gate, strength machines, and various accessories from the LifeFitness brand.
Yes. Our club offers classes with instructors, as well as group classes with the interactive Funxtion platform. You can find the full schedule in Group Classes tab on our website.
Yes. Our members can use a 2-hour free underground parking located on levels -3 and -4. Additional time exceeding 2 hours requires payment at the Radisson Collection hotel reception on level 0.
Yes. Each locker room (male and female) is equipped with showers.
Yes. In our club, you will find both a pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and an infrared sauna.
The sauna area is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
No. Only Heart Gym & Wellness memberships are valid at our club.
We offer three types of massages:
Classic massage,
Aromatic massage,
Shea butter massage.
Massages are available in durations of 60 and 90 minutes.

Yes, our massages are available to individuals who do not have a membership at our fitness center.
We have two separate massage rooms, and each room is used for massages for one person.
