RESERVATION
In order to make a reservation, please contact Heart Gym & Wellness reception.
CHECK-IN
We encourage you to come to the reception at Heart Gym&Wellness located on level -1 of the Radisson Collection Hotel Warsaw at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time of the treatment. If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened without the possibility of reducing its price
PAYMENT
Depending on your preference, cash or credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
We require treatment cancellations at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. If there is no cancellation or cancellation is less than 6 hours before the treatment, Heart Gym&Wellness has the right to charge the customer with the total amount of the treatment.
PARKING
Take advantage of the free underground parking at the Radisson Collection Hotel Warsaw. Please collect your ticket and present it to the club reception.
