Rosie is a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist with over 5 years of experience helping clients move better, feel stronger and live with more energy. Her training philosophy centres on building strength for life: not just for aesthetics, but to move confidently, reduce pain and feel empowered in everyday activities. Skilled in coaching both group and individual clients, Rosie specializes in functional training, utilizing kettlebells to build strength, mobility, endurance and real-life movement capacity. Her sessions are energizing, motivating, and deeply personalized, designed to help each person feel healthier and live the life they want.
