Involved in sport since childhood. Starting from football, through skiing and ending with fitness. A graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw - specializing in bodybuilding. Personal trainer and downhill skiing instructor. Participant of numerous training courses and workshops in the field of training, dietetics and supplementation.

 

You can rely on Wojciech in strength and functional training with elements of physiotherapy. He also have experience in training with pregnant women and after.
