Since childhood, he has been training in swimming and combat sports (wrestling, Muay Thai). He has been strength training for over 15 years now, and last year, he completed 3 half marathons. He has been working as a personal trainer since 2017 and can't imagine life without physical activity. During this time, he has already conducted nearly 7,000 training sessions with his clients.
His specialization is Kettlebell training, which he often combines with traditional strength training.
